Walls sit close at the fastest parts of the lap, which is exactly why the build-up discipline matters more here than at most US venues.

Difficulty 4/5 — Complex. A complex lap that rewards homework. Onboard videos and corner names studied before you arrive convert directly into useful laps on the day.
Danger 4/5 — Unforgiving. Barriers, banks or walls wait close to the racing line in places. Your build-up discipline is the main safety system here: pace comes last, after knowledge.

- Turn 12 drops downhill between walls at the fastest point of the lap. Leave margin there all day; it is not a corner to complete.
- The Esses compound: one ragged entry ruins four corners. Learn them slowly as one shape.
